Are you being offered good sound advice from the internet seller?

Internet sellers often advise to potential customers to go to their local retailer for a demonstration, to look, feel and touch the product

The general public believe that after purchasing a
product from the internet that there is an entitlement to return to a High Street Retailer when a problem arises.

The warranty of any product is with the company it as
purchased from,
NO High Street Retail outlet will take responsibility of any warranty purchased from elsewhere.

The only redress when a problem arises with any product purchased on the internet is with the internet seller, this will cost the purchaser transport  costs, it will also leave the purchaser without that product for a period of 14 days plus

Questions that you should ask What happen if something goes wrong!

Wrong colour, style. Make!

You will have to pay the postage to return the Goods…. Even if they are damaged

Can you expect the local retailer to honour the warrantees…

NO…..

The local retailer is not obliged to honour the internet warranty as the contract is with the internet seller.

The only redress is with the internet seller or manufacturer

This cost time, money and often very frustrating

What happens if the car seat is not compatible with my car can I return the item to the internet seller…

YES….

But it will cost you the postage which will not be refunded by the inter seller.
